Chocolate Mousse Candies – GAPS Approved
GAPS chocolates are often a craving, in fact, they are the most common cheat while on GAPS. This recipe of chocolate mousse remains GAPS legal. This healthy chocolate will satiate and satisfy any sweet tooth.

In a Vitamix, food processor or blender completely combine 5 or 6 ripe avocados, 2 cups home brewed sour cream, 1/2 cup local honey, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon green stevia and 1 teaspoon home brewed vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture in silicone candy molds that can be fun for kids! Freeze. Enjoy.
This mixture makes a hearty pudding.


- 5- 6 ripe avocados
- 2 cups home brewed sour cream
- 1/2 cup local honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon green stevia
- 1 teaspoon home brewed vanilla
- Blend in Vitamix, food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze - or keep in the refrigerator in a frosting bag to fill spoonfuls and dishes.
